R3: Change yarn color, 2inc, 9sc, 6inc, 9sc, 4inc

R4: 19sc, (ch3, start from the 2nd stitch, 2sc), 22sc, (ch3, start from the 2nd stitch, 2sc), sc

At 5th stitch ( count 4 stitches forward the right arm), ch1, sc, 2hdc, 2dc, 2tre in one stitch, 2dc, 2hdc, sc.

Feet

At 6th stitch ( count 5 stitches from the left arm), 2sc

At 12th stitch ( count 11 stitches from the left arm), 2sc
